'Latyan' announces first actor to join cast

Award-winning actor Amir Jadidi has been taken on to be the latest addition to the cast of the brand new movie 'Latyan'.

The film, set to be directed by first-time director Ali Teymouri and produced by Ali Matlabi, has recently kicked off  its pre-production phase. Filming for this movie is expected to begin in early winter.

While the movie is expected to feature numerous actors, Amir Jadidi is the first actor whose presence in 'Latyan' has been made certain.

Amir Jadidi began his acting career with the movie 'Africa' (2010). Since then, he has been in the spotlight numerous times over the past few years, receiving lots of praise for his top-notch performances.

Jadidi’s latest achievement was the Crystal Simorgh for Best Actor award at the 36th Fajr Film Festival for his role in the movies 'The Lost Strait' (2018) and 'Cold Sweat' (2018).
